Responsibilities: 
Reliable and independent completion of administrative tasks (e.g. preparation of references, works council hearings, employment contracts and certificates) You will provide support in the back office and, for example, carry out data evaluations in SAP and Excel and be involved in various HR projects Participation in the recruiting process and monthly HR reporting Participation in the organization and coordination of company integration management (BEM).
Your profile:
You have a degree in economics with a focus on human resources or a comparable degree Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in operational HR work You are experienced in using standard MS Office applications and have already worked with SAP You are fluent in both written and spoken German. You have a talent for organization, work independently and in a goal-oriented manner and are a team player Trustworthiness and diligence at work are a matter of course for you.
